TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you agree that you have read and accepted these terms. I have the right to decline or refuse any commissioner for any reason.Before commissioning, please tell me if you plan to use it for Quest or PC. If you do not inform me, I will default to making the texture for PC. Any changes from then on will be an additional cost.A clear reference sheet or image(s) is needed for me to work from. I will not accept written descriptions or AI-generated images. A custom design can be done but will be an additional cost.If I don’t own the model you want to use, it may be an additional fee. Please reach out to me first so we can discuss.Finished commissions and work-in-progress pictures may be posted on my social media or shared within my Discord group. I may also stream working on commissions on Twitch. If you would like me to not stream or publicly share work-in-progress images, you must let me know before starting your commission.My work and anything commissioned from me cannot be used for NFTs or resold as them, nor can it be used in the generation of AI “artwork” or training of AI.Turnaround times depend on the complexity of the commission and my current work schedule and can range from 1-4 months from the start.Work-in-progress images will be sent over for approval as work is done on the texture.You must own the model that you want to use. Be prepared to show proof of ownership when commissioning me.I only work in VRChat. There is no guarantee that your retexture will work outside of this game. Because of this, I will only provide support for VRChat set-up.Small fixes are free but limited. If there are bigger revisions needed, it may be subject to additional costs.

PAYMENT

Listed prices are estimates and not a quote. Contact me for a quote.Prices are non-negotiable.Payment is through Paypal invoice, Kofi, or Stripe.Full payment is required prior to me starting on the commission. Payment plans may be arranged for commissions over $100.Payment is expected within 72 hours of confirming the commission and quote.Once the texture is started, a refund may no longer be available depending on how much work has been completed.Full refunds are only available for commissions that are not yet started.
